Hologram will be performing a database upgrade during this time period which will require pausing the processing of some operations during part of this window. While things are paused, there will be delays processing some SIM card management operations and MT SMS. Usage reporting and billing will also be delayed. There will be no impact to any connectivity or cellular data services and all backlogged operations will process as soon as the upgrade is completed.
