Customers using Verizon direct profiles may see:
• Errors or long delays for state changes (activate/deactivate/suspend/resume)
• Failed or delayed plan changes

We're seeing increased error rates and latency from the upstream Verizon provisioning interface, leading to intermittent failures on SIM operations initiated via the Dashboard and API.
