Objective Together with our partners, we are reintroducing European infrastructure to the Hologram APN on G3 to improve routing efficiency and performance for traffic originating in Europe.
Scope SIMs using the Global-3 (G3) profile (ICCID prefix 8946*)
Action (Potentially) Required As part of this change, our provider is migrating Hologram’s EU internet connectivity to a new internet access solution. As a result, public egress IP ranges for EU traffic will change.
If you maintain a firewall allowlist based on public egress IPs, please update your rules to include the new CIDR ranges. This range has been shared by email, and may also be requested via support@hologram.io.
Timing The planned maintenance window is scheduled for January 8, 2026, 08:00 to 09:00 UTC. We do not anticipate service disruption. Only newly created sessions will use updated routing. Existing active sessions will not be interrupted. Traffic may route via Europe instead of the US when it is the optimal path.
