Investigating
We are currently investigating an incident affecting SIMs with the G2 profile (prefix 89357*). The issue is impacting Diameter and SS7 traffic, which may result in: • Failed or delayed SIM registrations • Loss of connectivity for some devices • Inability to establish new data sessions
Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working with our upstream partners to restore normal service. Updates will be posted as more information becomes available.
