We have scheduled maintenance on the Global-2 network platform on 17 June 2026 from 04:00 to 08:00 UTC.

During this window, customers using Global-2 SIMs may experience temporary disruptions to the following:

- SIM management and provisioning via the Hologram Dashboard and API
- Usage reports

Cellular connectivity for Global-2 SIMs is not expected to be affected, and other Global profiles are not impacted by this maintenance. Devices should remain connected throughout the maintenance window.

We will post updates if the scope or timeline changes.
