The Hologram engineering team will be performing routine database maintenance on Mon. Feb 7, 2022 at 8PM US CT (2022-02-08 02:00 UTC). During the active work period, the Hologram dashboard and API may experience slight performance degradation. Hologram dashboard SIM operations including activations, pausing, and SMS will be delayed. Billing, alerting, and report generation will also be delayed. Data engine messages will also be delayed. The Inbound Messaging API will be operational, but responses to messages may be delayed. Cellular network service will NOT be affected.

We recommend avoiding performing critical maintenance or operations on devices during this maintenance window. Please reach out to support@hologram.io with any questions or issues experienced after the maintenance window is marked complete.

This scheduled maintenance affected: SIM Management (Device Dashboard, REST API, SIM Card Administrative Operations, Data Usage Reporting and Billing) and Data Services (Data Engine and Routes, SMS over IP, Inbound Messaging API).
