One of our upstream network partners will perform planned network maintenance on networking infrastructure on November 27, beginning at 07:00 UTC and running until 09:00 UTC on November 27. This maintenance is necessary for improvements to network capacity and overall improvements to network operation. The planned maintenance only affects SIMs with the ICCID prefix 8935*.

During the active work beginning at 07:00 UTC and through 09:00 UTC on November 27, there may be brief losses of data routing and packet deliverability, resulting in connections being dropped or destination hosts becoming temporarily unreachable. New attachment attempts, PDP contexts (packet-switched data sessions), and automatic IP address assignment requests may timeout. Device-originated (outgoing) SMS and SIM operations (activation, deactivation, pausing, and unpausing) will also be affected. The outage is expected to last for approximately 15 minutes during the maintenance window. Once the maintenance is complete, devices should reattach on their own after any failed requests have timed out or any device sleep timers and/or back-off periods have expired.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Data Services (Data Engine and Routes, SMS over IP, SpaceBridge Tunneling, Inbound Messaging API), Cellular Networking (Global Cellular Data Network, SMS over cellular - Device Originated), and SIM Management (SIM Card Administrative Operations, Hyper SIM EUICC Operations).
