Update

Existing 4G registrations established prior to the onset of the issue remain operational, and new as well as existing 2G/3G network registrations are not affected.

New 4G network registration attempts initiated after the issue began continue to be impacted.

We are working with our carrier partner to resolve this as soon as possible.

Investigating

One of our partners is experiencing issues that is affecting the ability to connect and transmit cellular data. Hologram is working with our carrier partner to identify and address the issue.

This is only affecting Global-2 SIMs with the prefix 8935. Other profiles are unaffected.
