On May 14th 2023, during a window from 10:00 UTC to 15:00 UTC, one of our network partners will be performing planned maintenance to apply necessary updates to router and switch equipment. These updates are needed to improve network resilience and apply software fixes and other improvements to the network equipment.
During this maintenance window, there will be a period of cellular connection unavailability for profiles/SIMs within the range of ICCIDs with the prefix 8935*. (Cellular connectivity on all other profile ICCID ranges will be unaffected by this maintenance.) The period of profile network unavailability for this ICCID range is not expected to exceed approximately thirty (30) minutes, or the time it takes to complete the updates/restart if sooner. A second period of unavailability/restart is possible.
In addition to the period of network unavailability, during this maintenance window there might be brief connectivity interruptions or degraded performance as, for example, some failover systems might trigger. These are not expected to cause more than temporary disruptions or disconnections. The network partner will make efforts to minimize service disruption during the maintenance.
