An upstream provider will be performing critical maintenance as a result of SIM operation delays last week. During this time, Hologram dashboard SIM operations including activations, pausing, and SMS will be delayed. Network connectivity and data engine services will NOT be affected. As a precaution, we advise customers to avoid scheduling critical operations (e.g. device upgrades, maintenance) during this maintenance window. Our status page will remain the primary location for updates concerning this planned maintenance event.
