Together with our partners, we are adding two additional data centers in North America to increase resiliency and improve performance in the region for our G3/Global-3 sims.

Action (Potentially) Required As part of expanding our network footprint, the public Packet Gateway (PGW) IP ranges associated with outbound device traffic will change. If you maintain a firewall allowlist based on public egress IPs, please update your rules to include the new CIDR range. This range has been shared by email, and may also be requested via support@hologram.io.
Separately, private device IP assignments will transition from static to dynamic allocation. This means device-level private IPs may vary between sessions going forward, although this does not affect the public PGW IP ranges noted above.
The planned maintenance window is scheduled for: December 2, 2025 — 13:00 to 15:00 UTC
We do not anticipate service disruption. Only newly created sessions will receive updated routing. Existing active sessions will not be interrupted. The public egress IP shown to endpoints may change after session renewal.
