We will be performing emergency network maintenance to improve stability and reliability for a small subset of customers. This work is intended to address intermittent connectivity issues observed on this specific legacy APN/PGW.
Who is impacted: Only organizations using legacy G1 SIMs (ICCID prefix 89445*) on a specific legacy APN (Indigo APN). Customers using newer SIMs or profiles are not affected.
Expected impact: No disruption to device connectivity is expected during this maintenance.
What’s changing: As part of this work, the public IP addresses used for outbound traffic will change for impacted SIMs.
Action required: Customers who restrict inbound access using IP allowlists, firewall rules, or backend whitelisting should update their configurations to include the new IP range. Customers who do not rely on IP-based allowlisting do not need to take any action.
